Christopher J. Broom

Chairman, Principal, Co-Founder and Director

Since co-founding Direct Capital in December 1993, Mr. Broom has served as a Director of the Company, joining the Company full time in January 2001. His primary responsibilities include strategic and financial planning, new product development and overall general management. From 1998-2000 Mr. Broom served as an Executive Vice President, Principal, Director, and Co-Founder of Strategic Timber Trust, a private equity investment management firm. From 1988-1997, Mr. Broom served as Principal and Director of Resource Investments, Inc. and UBS Resource Investments, Int'l (after sale in 1995 to the Union Bank of Switzerland). Previously, Mr. Broom was a Senior Associate at Bay Financial Associates.

James P. Broom

Chief Executive Officer, Principal, and Director

Mr. Broom has served as CEO of the Company since 1995 and has been instrumental in the Company's success. He is responsible for the management of the Company and is focused on developing vendor and partner relationships and sales force training. Mr. Broom's knowledge of technology and marketing prowess have been driving forces in the success of the Company. Prior to becoming CEO of the company, Mr. Broom advised small to medium sized businesses on corporate and financial strategies. Mr. Broom received a B.A. in Political Science from University of New Hampshire.

John Donohue

Vice President, Operations

Mr. Donohue is responsible for the Company's credit, funding, and documentation functions as well as developing and implementing funding relationships. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the United Association of Equipment Lessors. Prior to joining the company in 1996, he was Operations Manager for Bankers Trust, Global Investment Management Division. Mr. Donohue received a B.S. in Finance from Providence College.

Robyn Gault

Director of Marketing

Ms. Gault is responsible for developing origination and customer retention initiatives for the firm. Ms. Gault's strong knowledge of the sales process makes her effective at implementing high response marketing campaigns to drive new sales for key vendor accounts. Ms. Gault received a BA in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of New Hampshire and is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the Direct Marketing Association.

Dawn Druyor Gillette, CFA

Senior Vice President, Finance

Ms. Gillette is responsible for the Company's financing and credit matters. She has more than 12 years of banking and capital markets experience focused on finance companies and securitization markets. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Gillette served in a variety of capacities with Bank of America and its predecessor companies, most recently as a Director in the Asset Securitization Group. Ms. Gillette received a B.A. in History and Economics from Boston College. Dawn joined Direct in June of 2004 as Vice President and she has excelled in financing our client base as well as contributing in many other areas. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Richard Henderson

Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Financing

Mr. Henderson joined DCC in 2002 and is responsible for the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Financing & Real Estate Legal Services functions. He and his team work closely with DCC’s clients to provide them with access to capital and legal services for commercial projects ranging from small real estate and SBA loans to large debt, equity, and off-balance sheet real estate financing. Prior to this post, he headed administration and human resources functions for the firm. Before joining DCC, Mr. Henderson received his B.A. from St. Anselm College and served in various Sr. Management and Management Consulting roles.

John W. Land

Director, Human Capital Management

Mr. Land is responsible for the overall strategy and management of human capital at Direct Capital. He began his career as an Officer in the U.S. Navy after graduating with a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy. When he finished his military career, Mr. Land applied his management and leadership skills to a career as a human resources professional within the financial services industry. Before joining Direct Capital in October of 2006, Mr. Land held a variety of human resource positions at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and most recently UBS.

Stephen C. Lankler

Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Lankler is responsible for the development & management of major vendor accounts. He has more than 10 years of sales & marketing management experience and works hand-in-hand with Direct Capital partners to ensure they achieve maximum revenue growth. He previously served as Director of Marketing for Direct Capital and held senior marketing positions at Thomas Publishing and Phase2Media in New York City. Mr. Lankler received a BA from the University of New Hampshire.

Robert Maciorowski

Director of IT Infrastructure and Security

Mr. Maciorowski is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Information Technology infrastructure and corporate security. Joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Maciorowski brings 11 years of experience in Information Technology within the Retail, Finance, and Telecommunications sectors and holds several industry certifications.

Eric Renaud

Senior Vice President

Mr. Renaud is responsible for operations and risk management matters. He has more than 15 years experience in equipment leasing, focused on operations and credit/risk areas. His background includes serving as Senior Credit Officer for Firestone Financial and as Vice President, Operations for ATT Capital. Mr. Renaud received a BA from Newbury College.

Robert O. Sweeney

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sweeney is responsible for all financial and accounting matters of the Company. He has more than 17 years experience in equipment leasing and asset based lending. Prior to joining the Company, he served as SVP/CFO of DVI Business Credit, SVP/CFO of American Express Business Finance, and as Global Business Systems Analyst for Citicorp Global Equipment Finance. Mr. Sweeney received a BBA in accounting and MBA in Management Information Systems from Iona College.
